This is a real airport job — an interim consolidated rental car facility — with every company and person's name removed, run by Zhēn™ in parallel with the real project from day one. It is frozen at 68% of the schedule. Where the real record has no document, the one Zhēn™ would have produced is filled in. Open any page in any role: Project Manager, QC Manager, Superintendent, Government QA, the owner or a subcontractor. Read the daily reports, the three-phase inspections, the submittal register, the monthly reports and the approved QC Plan, and see how the same job looked in its real record at the same point.
Ask for a meeting in plain words and Zhēn™ does the rest, from the agenda to the issued minutes.
We are looking for a small number of active projects to run Zhēn on, start to finish, beside your own team. Good fits:
Zhēn drafts; your people check and sign. Nothing goes out without approval, and your project files stay where they are.

FounderJames has spent more than 28 years managing construction, 18 of them on federal work for NAVFAC and the Army Corps of Engineers. His projects range from the Red Hill fuel facility and Schofield Barracks to the consolidated rental car facility at Honolulu's airport, and his work has earned NAVFAC quarterly safety awards and an Exceptional CPARS rating.
Before construction, he served nine years in the Marine Corps and left as a Sergeant. He brings the same discipline to every job: know the documents, check the work, and write it down right the first time.
Zhēn™ grew out of that work. He built her to do what a good quality control manager does every day, so field teams spend less time on paperwork and more time building it right.
真 zhēn is the Chinese word for true: a true record, the real thing. That is the job Zhēn™ does on every project.
Her name also honors Shi Yang (c. 1775–1844), remembered as Zheng Yi Sao. In the early 1800s she commanded one of the largest fleets in history off the South China coast. She held it together with a written code that applied to everyone:
In 1810 she negotiated the fleet’s end on her own terms and lived out her life on shore. Two hundred years later, the idea still holds: write the rules down, record everything, apply them to everyone. That is quality control.
