About this project: a real airport job with every company and person's name removed, run by Zhēn™ in parallel with the real project from day one and frozen at 68% of the schedule. Where the real record has no document, the one Zhēn™ would have produced is filled in. The live project is view only.

1. The project heartbeat

Every person starts the day here. Zhēn shows what is due, what is late and what is coming in the next four weeks, by company, so nothing waits on someone remembering.

2. Submittals

Each submittal moves through clear stages: awaiting the subcontractor, contractor review, QC review, government review. Zhēn sets each due date as late as possible without delaying the schedule, and reminds people before it slips.

3. Three-phase inspections

Preparatory, initial and follow-up inspections for every feature of work, with the required notice to the Government sent on time.

4. Testing plan and log

Every test the specifications require, tied to its location on the drawings. Failed tests stay open until the retest passes.

5. Daily reports

The Superintendent's daily report, the safety report and the QC report are drafted from the day's records, then checked and signed by the people responsible.

6. RFIs

Questions to the designer, tracked from draft to answer, with Zhēn checking the contract documents first so fewer RFIs are needed.

7. Current drawings and as-builts

Answered RFIs and changes are marked on the actual sheets, so the as-builts stay current all job long instead of at the end.

8. Plan markups for progress

Progress, RFIs, changes and test locations shown on the plan sheet, so anyone can see the state of the job at a glance.

10. Safety

Zhēn fills in what the records already answer on the monthly safety self-evaluation and leaves the rest for the Site Safety and Health Officer to confirm.
